Have you submitted an application for BIA? EU grants? Are you collaborating with other companies or organizations?

How do you get the most out of a consortium agreement? Learn what pitfalls to look out for when drawing up a contract, and how to insure both fair compensation and on-time project completion. Learn how to balance risk and profit distribution with your consortium partners. The workshop is also suitable for those who are considering whether or not a consortium will suit their needs as a company.
Participants will work in teams under guidance by SANDS legal experts to get hands-on training. Agenda/themes will be focused on the needs of participants. The workshop also includes lunch.

• How to solve ownership and access rights to IPR
• Handling responsibilities in a consortium – collectively and individually
• Handling confidentiality and protection of data
• Licensing inside and outside the consortium
